Fence lead generation

Fence leads, exclusive to you

We get fence companies exclusive leads for installs, gates and repairs in their own service area, and you pay only for each qualified lead. The homeowner finds your Google profile and pages, asks your business for a quote, and that lead goes only to you.

Shared marketplaces like Angi, HomeAdvisor and Thumbtack hand the same fence request to several installers, so you end up competing on price with companies who may never show up.

With exclusive leads, the homeowner has already looked at your work and picked you to come measure.

The jobs we go after

We build pages for the materials and jobs homeowners actually search for, so each one lands on the right answer.

Vinyl fencing

The most requested material for many residential installers. Homeowners compare styles, heights and colors, so a page with real photos helps them decide.

Wood fencing

Privacy, split rail and picket fences. Buyers ask about wood types, stain and lifespan, which a clear page can answer before the visit.

Aluminum fencing

Popular for pools and front yards. These buyers often care more about looks and code compliance than price.

Chain link

Dog runs, backyards and commercial lots. Practical buyers who want a fast quote and a clear install date.

Pool fencing

Driven by code and inspection requirements. Explaining height, gate and latch rules in plain language makes you the obvious choice.

Gates and fence repair

Gate installs, sagging gates and storm-damaged sections. Smaller jobs that often lead to full replacements.

What a qualified fence lead looks like

Illustrative enquiry — not a real client lead

We just put in a pool and need a fence around the backyard that passes inspection, about 200 feet. We're in an HOA so it may need to be black aluminum. Can you come measure?

That is a real homeowner, in your service area, asking for an install you do. It counts as a qualified fence lead, and a 60-second call to your tracked number asking the same thing counts too.

A fence lead is more useful when the request names the material, purpose and property location. A privacy fence, a pool enclosure and a commercial chain-link run are not the same estimate. We help the homeowner explain the project in everyday language while leaving measurements, boundary questions and installation requirements for your visit. Your estimator gets a starting point, not a fabricated promise that the work is ready to sign.

Not billed

  • Material-only buyers who want to purchase panels or posts and install them themselves
  • Other installers calling to ask about subcontracting or buying material
  • Requests from outside your service area
  • Spam, sales pitches, job seekers, wrong numbers, existing customers and repeats within 30 days are never billed.

You still see them in your report so nothing is hidden, but they are never billed. You have 7 days to dispute any lead.

Wood, vinyl and aluminum pages should show actual installs in those materials. We do not swap a stock fence photo into your portfolio and call it your work. If a homeowner mentions an HOA or a pool inspection, the page can explain that approvals and applicable requirements need to be checked locally. We avoid publishing blanket code advice that may be wrong for the property.

How we get you found

Your Google Business Profile

Fence demand spikes in spring, and homeowners compare materials, prices and photos before they call. At setup, we organize categories, service coverage and your supplied install photos by material. Growth Engine adds ongoing weekly posts so the profile reflects current fencing work.

A lead page for each service

HOA and permit questions come up constantly with fences. Each page on your plan answers them plainly, shows photos of that material and makes it easy to request a measure.

Local SEO pages

New pages for your towns and fence types keep you visible during the late-winter planning season, so your schedule fills before the rush.

Google Ads management

When the spring rush starts, ads can put you at the top for searches like vinyl fence installer near me. We manage the campaigns, and ad spend is paid from your account directly to Google, never marked up.

Repairs can be included or excluded according to the services you genuinely offer. A smaller gate repair may fit neatly between installations, while material-only requests may not fit your business at all. That distinction is agreed in advance. Lead qualification is not a guarantee of a particular contract value, and the reporting should never quietly classify a valid offered-service enquiry as a booked installation.

Which package fits

Lead Engine fits most fence installers: installs, repairs and gates across your whole service area, with a tracked phone number, missed-call text back, review requests after every install and Google Ads.

Growth Engine is for multi-crew fence companies or those with more than one location that want the website, local SEO, Meta ads and social handled too, with no per-lead fee.

Your cap moves with your calendar. When the spring rush fills your schedule, lower the cap and the bill follows. When you have room for more measures, raise it again for the month.

Lead Engine

$750/month + $100 per qualified lead

$500 one-time setup. 90 days, then month-to-month. You set a monthly lead cap.

Ad spend is paid directly to Google, never marked up. $1,000/month recommended minimum.

Growth Engine

$2,500/month, no per-lead fee

Custom website included with a 12-month agreement, or $1,500 setup and month-to-month after 90 days.

Ad spend is paid directly to Google and Meta, never marked up. $1,500/month recommended minimum.

Fencing has a sharp spring rush and a long, slower stretch after it. With per-lead pricing, your lead costs rise and fall with that curve instead of sitting flat all year. The monthly fee covers the profile, pages and reporting that keep the leads coming when demand returns.

Exclusive leads also save your estimators time. Every measure appointment that comes from your own profile is a homeowner who already likes your work, not one of five installers a marketplace sent to the same backyard. Fewer wasted measures means more installs on the calendar.

When your spring calendar is full, lower your cap for the month and pick it back up when you have room.

We plan the spring push around your measuring capacity as well as crew availability. In a full month, your cap helps control Lead Engine lead charges; the monthly management fee remains in place. In quieter weeks we look at the service mix rather than chasing a larger raw count. Chadds Ford Fence's measured website and profile results are context, not a promised outcome for another installer.

Fence lead questions

Can I get only install leads, not repairs?
Yes. We build your pages and ads around installs and leave repair searches out. If repairs aren't a service you offer, repair requests are not billed.
What about commercial fencing?
If you do commercial work, it can be one of your services with its own page, and those inquiries count as leads. If you don't, commercial requests are not billed.
How do you handle the spring rush?
You set a monthly lead cap. When you hit it, we stop billing for leads that month, so a busy spring never turns into a bill you didn't plan for. You can raise or lower the cap as your schedule fills.
Do you need photos of my work?
Yes. Fence buyers choose with their eyes, and photos are one of the biggest factors on your Google profile. Send us what you have by material, and keep sending new install photos.
Are these leads shared with other fence contractors?
No. They come to your business and go only to you. We never sell or pass the same lead to another fence company.
