Website design for service businesses

cantandoDigital builds websites that don't stop at launch.

A site that looks right is the easy part. We build the part behind it too — the pages that convert, the follow-up that answers in under a minute, and the tracking that tells you which page produced the work. Built and running, not recommended in a slide deck.

The real problem

Your business doesn’t need more busywork.

Most established businesses aren’t failing at the hard part. You already do good work and you already have customers. What’s missing is the connective tissue — the systems that make sure nothing leaks between “someone was interested” and “we got paid and they told three friends.”

That’s almost always a systems problem, not an effort problem. And it’s fixable.

  • Leads come in waves — three good weeks, then silence, and nobody knows why.
  • You’ve done hundreds of jobs and have 40 Google reviews. Your competitor has 400.
  • Someone fills out your form at 7pm and hears back at 10am the next day. They already booked someone else.
  • Your best people spend hours a week retyping the same information into three different systems.
  • Follow-up depends on whoever remembers. Quotes go out and nothing chases them.
  • Your software doesn’t talk to your other software, so nothing is ever quite up to date.
  • You know AI could help. You have no idea where it would actually plug in.

What we build

Start with the website. Add the rest when it's earning.

How we help

Find the opportunity. Build the system. Automate the work. Measure what it did.

01 / FIND

We find where the money is leaking

We map how a customer actually reaches you today, what happens to a lead between 9pm and 8am, how many of your finished jobs ever get asked for a review, and where your team is doing work a machine should be doing. It’s usually not where owners expect.

Lead path auditReview gap analysisTime-drain inventoryTool & data map
02 / BUILD

We build the system, in your accounts

Landing pages, tracking, CRM workflows, review campaigns, AI agents, integrations between the tools you already pay for. Everything is built inside accounts you own, so nothing is hostage to the relationship.

Typically 2–6 weeksYour accounts, your dataDocumented as we go
03 / AUTOMATE

The system takes over the repetitive part

Requests get sent. Leads get answered and routed. Records get updated. Follow-ups happen on schedule whether or not anyone remembers. Your team stops being the glue between six pieces of software.

04 / MEASURE

We report on outcomes, not activity

Leads, booked jobs, reviews earned, response time, hours given back, cost per acquired customer. If a channel or an automation isn’t earning its keep, we say so and we change it.

01 — Review automation

Turn more customers into 5-star reviews.

You’re already doing the hard part: winning the customer and doing the work well. The reason you don’t have more reviews isn’t that people don’t like you — it’s that nobody consistently asks, at the right moment, in a way that takes ten seconds.

We build the asking into the job. When work is marked complete, the request goes out. Every time. Without anyone having to remember.

  • Reputation compounds. More recent reviews lift how often you show up in the local map pack.
  • Trust arrives before you do. Most people read reviews before they call anyone.
  • Problems surface privately. Unhappy customers route to you, not to Google.

02 — Lead generation

Build a system that consistently generates new customers.

Most businesses don’t have a traffic problem. They have a conversion and follow-up problem. Spending more on ads without fixing what happens after the click just makes the leak more expensive.

So we build the whole path: put you in front of people actively looking for what you sell, capture them properly, qualify them automatically, and follow up relentlessly until they book or say no.

  • Speed wins. The business that responds first usually wins the job. Ours responds in seconds.
  • No mystery spend. Every lead is tied to the campaign, keyword or page that produced it.
  • Nothing goes cold. Quotes and no-shows get chased automatically.

03 — AI & automation

AI isn’t the future. It’s a tool you can use this month.

You don’t need another AI strategy presentation. You need someone to sit down, find the three things your team does over and over, and actually build the thing that does them instead. Here’s what that looks like in practice.

Before

A lead comes in at 8:40pm. Someone sees it at 9:15 the next morning and calls. They’ve already booked your competitor.

After

An AI assistant replies in under a minute, asks the qualifying questions, offers real appointment slots, and puts a briefed lead on the right person’s calendar.

Before

Whoever remembers asks for a review. Realistically, that’s about one customer in fifteen.

After

Marking a job complete triggers the review request automatically — with reminders, sentiment routing and reporting attached.

Before

Someone spends six hours a week copying job details between the CRM, the scheduler, the accounting software and a spreadsheet.

After

The systems talk to each other. Data moves once, automatically, and stays correct in all four places.

Before

Every estimate is written from scratch, and follow-up on open quotes depends on someone’s memory.

After

Drafts generate from your own pricing and past jobs, a human approves in a minute, and open quotes chase themselves on a schedule.

Before

New hires ask the same twenty questions, and the answers live in one veteran’s head.

After

An internal assistant trained on your pricing, process and paperwork answers instantly — and cites the source document.

Who we help

Built for businesses where a missed lead or a missing review costs real money.

We work best with established businesses — you already have customers, revenue and a team. You don’t need someone to find product-market fit. You need the operating layer underneath it to stop leaking.

Contractors & Home Services

Roofing, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, concrete, fencing, landscaping, remodeling, restoration, pest control.

Restaurants & Hospitality

Where the review count on Google and the speed of a reply decide who walks in tonight.

Professional Services

Law, accounting, insurance, real estate, property management, financial services.

Healthcare & Wellness

Dental, med spas, chiropractic, veterinary, therapy and specialty practices.

Local Businesses

Auto service, fitness, retail, salons — anywhere the map pack drives the phone.

Growing SMBs

Any business at the point where adding headcount feels like the only way to keep up.

What we measure

Outcomes we hold ourselves to.

Not impressions. Not clicks. Not “brand awareness.” These are the numbers we baseline before we build anything, so there’s something honest to compare against later.

Qualified leads per month
Not form fills. Leads that match the work you actually want.
New reviews per month
And what share of completed jobs turn into a public review.
Speed to first response
Minutes, not mornings. The single biggest lever on close rate.
Hours returned to your team
Counted per automation, per week — and reviewed monthly.
Cost per acquired customer
By channel, so you know what to feed and what to cut.
Operating cost per job
What it costs you to win and deliver work, before and after.

We don’t publish invented statistics or borrowed screenshots. Real engagement numbers live on the Results page, and we’ll walk you through the specifics on a call.

FAQ

Questions we get asked

What does cantandoDigital do?
We build websites for service businesses — and the system behind them that turns visitors into booked work. Lead generation, review automation and AI automation are add-ons you can bring in when the website is earning.
How much does it cost?
Custom website builds start at $3,500. Lead generation systems run $2,500–5,000 to build, then $1,000–2,000 a month. Review automation is $1,500–2,500 to build. Ad spend, if we run ads, is paid directly to Google and never marked up.
Where are you based?
Chester County, Pennsylvania. Most of our clients are within an hour — across PA, New Jersey and Delaware — and we work with businesses further out remotely.
How quickly can you start?
Most builds start within a week or two of the first call, and launch two to six weeks after that. If you're in a hurry, say so on the call and we'll tell you honestly whether we can hit it.
