Do we have to replace our website?
Not always. If the site is doing its job and the gap is in what happens after someone lands on it, we'll build the pipeline and leave the site alone. If the site is the bottleneck — slow, unclear, invisible on mobile, no obvious next step — we'll tell you, and we build those too. Either way you'll know which one you're dealing with before you spend anything.
How much should we spend on ads?
It depends on your average job value and how competitive your market is, and we’ll model it with you before you commit a dollar. What we won’t do is turn on spend before the capture, qualification and follow-up layer exists — paying for clicks that land in a leaky system is the single most common way businesses waste money online. Ad budget is paid directly to Google or Meta from your own account, never through us.
How long before we see leads?
Paid channels can produce leads in the first week once the system is live. Local SEO and organic work on a slower curve — think months, not days. We usually start with the fast channel to prove the machine works, then build the slower compounding channels underneath it.
What counts as a “qualified” lead?
You define it, in your words: service type, job size, timeline, service area, whether they own the property, whatever matters in your business. The system asks those questions automatically and tags leads accordingly, so your team spends its time on the ones worth calling.
We already have a CRM. Do we have to switch?
No. We build into what you have — ServiceTitan, Jobber, Housecall Pro, HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, GoHighLevel and most others. If you genuinely don’t have anything, we’ll set up something lightweight rather than sell you an enterprise platform you’ll never use.
Who owns the accounts, pages and data?
You do. Ads accounts, analytics, tracking, CRM, landing pages, phone numbers — all in your name. If we part ways, everything keeps running and you keep the history. That’s not a perk, it’s the only honest way to do this.
Do you guarantee a number of leads?
No, and be careful with anyone who does without seeing your numbers. What we do commit to is a baseline before we start, a clear model of what the channel should produce, transparent reporting on what it actually produced, and no long-term contract holding you in if it doesn’t work.
