Using this website

Use the website lawfully and provide accurate contact and business information. Do not submit spam, malicious files, another person’s details without permission or material you do not have the right to share. Website information describes our services; it is not a binding offer until the scope and terms are agreed.

A free audit reviews available information and provides recommendations. It is not a guarantee of rankings, lead volume, revenue or booked work, and does not include implementation unless separately agreed.

Scope, fees and advertising

Your written agreement states deliverables, fees, billing arrangements and responsibilities. Lead Engine is $750 per month plus $100 per qualified lead, with $500 one-time setup. It begins with 90 days, then month-to-month, and the client sets a monthly lead cap.

Growth Engine is $2,500 per month with no per-lead fee. A custom website is included with a 12-month agreement, or the client can choose $1,500 setup and month-to-month service after 90 days. Advertising spend is separate and paid directly to Google and Meta, without markup. Payment dates, cancellation notice and any work outside the package are confirmed in the written agreement.

Qualified leads and disputes

A qualified lead is a real person with working contact details, in the agreed service area, asking about a service the client offers. Qualifying forms and calls of 60 seconds or more from the tracked number count. Spam, sales pitches, job seekers, wrong numbers, existing customers and repeats within 30 days are never billed.

Clients have seven days to dispute a lead. A qualified enquiry is not a guaranteed booking, sale or minimum project value. The client remains responsible for responding, estimating, contracting and delivering the requested trade service.

Ownership and client responsibilities

You own your accounts, website, Google profile and data, subject to third-party platform terms and rights in licensed materials. Provide the access, approvals, business facts and lawful content needed to perform the agreed work. Only supply photos, logos and other materials you own or have permission to use.

We build from the information you approve. You are responsible for the accuracy of service claims, licensing information, availability and customer permissions. Third-party platforms control their own availability, policies and advertising approvals; we do not control their ranking or moderation decisions.

Communication, privacy and results

Our privacy policy explains how forms, call tracking, analytics and cookies are handled. Where recording, text messages, review requests or email campaigns are used, the appropriate notices, permissions and opt-out requirements must be respected.

Existing case studies describe particular projects. Results vary with market conditions, budget, the starting website and profile, response and many other factors. We do not promise that a past result will repeat for another client or guarantee a map position, click cost or lead count.

Service changes and disputes

Discuss changes, cancellation and handover directly with Steven. The written agreement governs notice, amounts owed and deliverables already in progress. Nothing on this page overrides rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or a more specific signed agreement.

Raise concerns promptly so we can attempt to resolve them. Pennsylvania law applies to the extent permitted by applicable law, unless the written agreement specifies otherwise. Any liability terms or dispute procedure requiring agreement are set out in that agreement rather than invented here. These terms may be updated; the displayed date identifies this version.
