Questions we get asked

Do we have to replace our website?
Not always. If your current site is three fixes away from working, we will tell you that on the call and quote the three fixes instead of a rebuild. It is a smaller job for us and a better outcome for you.
How much should we budget for ads?
Most local service businesses start between $500 and $1,500 a month in ad spend. Ad spend is paid directly to Google and is never marked up by us.
How long before we see leads?
Builds take two to six weeks. Paid search produces leads in the first month; organic search compounds over three to six months.
Do we own the accounts you build?
Yes. Domain, hosting, analytics, ad accounts and automations are all yours, documented and handed over. If you ever leave, you take everything with you.
Are we locked into a contract?
No. Ongoing work is month to month. Build work is fixed-price and scoped up front.
Will this work with our existing CRM?
Usually. We build inside the systems your team already knows wherever possible, rather than replacing them.
How much does a website cost for a small business?
Ours start at $3,500 for a custom build. That is the real number, not a starting-from figure that triples after discovery. Cheaper exists — templates, offshore builds, DIY site builders — and if budget is the binding constraint we will say so honestly rather than stretch to fit.
How long does it take to build a website?
Two to six weeks from kickoff to launch. About two hours of your time up front, then a monthly check-in. Longer than that usually means someone's scope was not pinned down before work started.
Do I need a new website, or can my current one be fixed?
Often it can be fixed. If your site is three changes away from working — speed, a clear next step, mobile — we will quote those instead of a rebuild. We will tell you which situation you are in on the first call.
What's the difference between a custom website and a template?
A template is a layout you share with everyone else who bought it, built around a generic business. A custom site is built around your services, your customers and how they actually decide. For a service business the practical difference shows up in whether the site produces phone calls, not in how it looks.
Do you build on WordPress, Squarespace or Wix?
We build fast, custom sites rather than working inside page-builder platforms — those add weight that hurts mobile speed, and speed affects both your Google ranking and how many visitors stay. If you are already on one of them and it is working, we will say so rather than move you for the sake of it.
Do you work with businesses outside Chester County?
Yes — across Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Delaware, and remotely beyond that. Most clients are within about an hour, which means we can meet in person when it helps.
