Review automation for restaurants

Turn happy guests into Google reviews, without anyone having to ask.

Reviews are the single loudest signal in a local restaurant search, and most restaurants collect them by accident. We make it a system instead.

Why restaurants under-collect reviews

The guests who would leave a review are the ones nobody asks.

Service is busy, the ask feels awkward, and the moment passes long before anyone gets home.

  • Nobody has time to ask at the table, and it feels like a favor when they do
  • The unhappy guest writes a review unprompted; the happy one forgets
  • Reviews arrive in bursts, then stop for months
  • Nothing routes a bad experience to a manager before it becomes public
  • Older reviews carry less weight than the restaurant ranking above you knows

What the system does

What the system does

01 / TRIGGER

Requests that fire on their own

The ask goes out from something that already happens — a completed order, a closed check, a finished event — instead of relying on someone remembering.

02 / TIMING

Sent when the meal is still fresh

The window where a guest will actually write something is short. The system uses it.

03 / CHANNELS

Text and email

Whichever the guest is more likely to open, with one tap through to your Google profile.

04 / ROUTING

Problems come to you first

An unhappy response reaches a manager rather than going straight to a public review.

05 / STEADY

A steady flow, not a burst

Consistent recent reviews read better to guests and count for more in local search than a spike a year ago.

06 / VISIBILITY

You can see it working

Requests sent, reviews landed, and rating over time — not a black box.

Questions

Questions restaurants ask us

Is this allowed under Google's rules?
Asking every guest is fine. Filtering so only happy guests get asked is not, and we don't build it that way.
Will it annoy our guests?
One request, no chasing. Guests who don't respond aren't messaged again.
How long until we see reviews come in?
The system is usually live in about two weeks, and reviews start arriving as soon as it is.
What about the reviews we already have?
We don't touch them. Nobody can remove a legitimate review, including us.
